3.5.2. Manage Individual Galleries
Creating and customizing gallery is at the heart of managing media content in WordPress. Here are the basic steps to create a gallery.
1. Create a New Gallery
- Go to Dashboard > My Galleries > Add Gallery
- You’ll be taken to the Block Editor (Gutenberg)
- In the editor mode: add a title at the top of the gallery.
StyleCloud offers a library of over 580 pre-designed blocks and 240 pre-designed templates, organized into various categories for easy browsing. We encourage you to explore these blocks to enhance your site design.
To access them:
- Click the Design Library icon located at the top left of the editor.
- Then select StyleCloud from the available options.
Technically you can add any blocks on a post. No need to limit only to the Gallery category.

2. Add a Featured Image
The featured image is the main visual that represents your gallery. It often appears:
- When sharing on social media
- Search result
To add a featured image:
- On the right side of the gallery in editor mode
- Click on the gallery section
- Click on the set featured image option
- Choose a image from your Media Library or upload new one
- Click set featured image.
Keep in mind to use high-quality, relevant images that are properly sized.

3. Manage Gallery(Adv) Blocks:
- Replace gallery images
- Change the gallery layout (masonry, grid, slider)
- Choose columns (masonry, grid)
- Change gallery gutter (space between images)
- Decide whether to crop images
