3.3.5 How to reuse a block on other pages?
The Copy/Paste Blocks feature is deceptively simple but incredibly powerful. Whether you are building a simple blog or a complex business site, learning how to copy and paste your blocks effectively can save you time and help maintain a consistent design across your site. Copy/Paste Blocks allow you to duplicate any block or group of blocks from one place to another—either within the same page or between different pages/posts. This is especially useful when you have styled a section exactly how you want it and want to replicate it without recreating it from scratch.
1. How to Copy and Paste Blocks
Copying a Block
- Hover over the block you want to copy.
- Click the three-dot menu in the block toolbar.
- Choose “Copy” from the dropdown.

Tip: You can also use keyboard shortcuts. Press Ctrl + C (Windows) or Command + C (Mac) after selecting the block.
Pasting the Block
- Click on the page where you want the block to be inserted in the editor mode.
- Press Ctrl + V (Windows) or Command + V (Mac), or right-click and choose “Paste”.
- The block will appear in the new location with all its settings intact, including custom styles, spacing, and any content within it.

2. Copying Groups of Blocks and Entire Page
You can also copy groups of blocks, including entire page:
- Select the entire page or group of blocks.
- Follow the same copy/paste steps above.
- This is especially useful for duplicating call-to-action sections or testimonials across multiple pages.

3. Reusable Blocks for Global Use
If you want to reuse a block or section across multiple pages and update it in one place, consider using Reusable Blocks.
- Select your block/group.
- Click the three-dot menu.
- Choose “Create Pattern”.
- Give it a name and save.
- Whenever you insert that reusable block elsewhere, it stays synced.
- Editing one instance updates all.
