# 3.2.2. Customizing the Header

The header can be edited in **Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Header**. 

This element can be of 3 types: 
* standard
* transparent
* sticky

### 1. Standard Header

* This header will be present throughout your website. 
* Here you can create the header structure using different widgets.
* Also it will be possible to set the basic global colors for all elements inside the header

### 2. Transparent Header

* This header will be present above the content. It is good for the sites that are using an Image Cover as the first section.
* The transparent header can be activated in: **Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header > Transparent Header**. 
* Also, please take in consideration to customize your logo and colors for transparent header then disable it and enable the transparent header on individual pages.

### 3. Sticky Header

* This header will remain stuck to the top of the window during the scroll action. This is good for sites with long pages.
* The sticky header can be activated in: **Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header > Sticky Header**. 
* If you decide to use it, we suggest changing the custom logo and colors.

### 4. Mobile Header

By default, the mobile navigation is located in the off-canvas section within the customizer. To modify this area, click the toggle next to the "off canvas" title in the header builder.
