2.2.1. Install a StyleCloud Theme

1. Before installing a theme, we suggest checking our demo themes here.



2. After you made your decision regarding the theme, it will be needed to download it from your StyleCloud account.




Additional Notes:


  • only users with an annual subscription will have access to themes.
  • there will be themes that are named as the following "UNZIP-ME". This means that they have extra files, like decorative icons, inside the main zip and it will be needed to unzip it first.
  • if you are using an Apple Device, most likely it will automatically unzip the downloaded theme. And if that theme is not an "UNZIP-ME" one, it will be needed to zip it back.



3. Now it is time to install the theme. Simply go to your staging website in **Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Add Theme > Upload Theme > Choose File




4. During the installation process, the system will automatically download and install the Kadence theme alongside the StyleCloud one. The StyleCloud theme acts as an addon for the parent Kadence theme. Please be careful to not remove the Kadence theme.
